This website is a static information site. It embeds no third-party services, fonts, maps, videos, social-media elements or analytics/tracking tools, and it sets no cookies. There is no user tracking and no profiling.

3. Hosting and server log files

The website runs on our own server (self-hosting). When the site is accessed, access data is automatically processed in server log files for technical reasons: shortened/anonymised IP address, date and time of access, the requested resource, the volume of data transferred, referrer, and browser/operating-system identifier.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website). This data is stored only briefly and then deleted.

4. Contact by e-mail

If you contact us by e-mail (e.g. at Office@eeg-llc.group or via the “Request a consultation” button), we process your details solely to handle your request and any follow-up questions.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (answering your enquiry). Your data is deleted once it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention periods apply.

This website uses no cookies and no tracking or analytics services. No data is transmitted to third parties (e.g. advertising or analytics networks).

6. Disclosure to third parties / third countries

Your data is not passed on to third parties unless this is necessary to perform a contract or you have consented. Please note that EEG LLC is based in the USA; e-mail correspondence may therefore be processed there.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:
